By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
This platform is operated jointly by Mada Alhayat Training Center (LLTC), licensed under the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training (TVTC No. 19187335502576), and Smart Compliance Leap (SCL), CR No. 2051253659 — two separate legal entities offering training and consulting services respectively.
We provide recorded and live training courses, professional certificates, consulting services, and business solutions. Course access, live session schedules, and certificate eligibility are as described on each course or service page at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to register. One account per person; sharing your login with others is not permitted.
Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment or engagement, through one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Corporate and institutional invoicing terms are agreed separately in writing.
Recorded courses: you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. After that window, or beyond 20% completion, fees are non-refundable.
Live sessions and cohort-based programs: cancellations made at least 5 business days before the session start are refunded in full; later cancellations are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future cohort once, subject to availability.
Consulting engagements: refund and cancellation terms are set out in the specific engagement agreement with SCL, since scope and timelines vary per project.
Certificates are issued only once all required course content has been completed and are personal to the trainee named on them; they may not be transferred, altered, or issued on behalf of someone else. All course materials, videos, and platform content remain the intellectual property of Mada Alhayat / SCL or their licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.
You agree not to share your account, record or redistribute course videos, attempt to circumvent content protection, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Our training and consulting services are provided on a professional-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or reliance on course or consulting content for a specific business decision.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

This policy explains what personal data Mada Alhayat Training Center collects through this platform (app.lltc.sa and mada-alhaya.sa), why we collect it, how it is used, and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law. Consulting services shown on the platform are provided by Smart Compliance Leap (SCL), a separate company; details you send in a consulting request are shared with it to handle that request.
Account data (name in Arabic and English, email, mobile and WhatsApp number, and nationality and address where you provide them); enrollment and payment records (bank-transfer references; we do not store card details); course activity (lesson progress, quiz answers and results, attendance including QR check-in); certificates and their verification data; reviews and referral codes; messages you send us (inquiries, applications, support requests); for trainer and consultant applicants, an optional ID number, CV, photo and biography; and basic technical data (device, browser, IP address) for security and performance.
To create and secure your account; to enroll you in courses and issue certificates in your name; to calculate training hours and attendance; to record payments; to respond to inquiries and support you; to protect course content (lesson videos and live classes show a watermark with your name, phone number and the date, and videos and files open through short-lived links); to improve our courses; and to meet legal and regulatory obligations, including training licensing requirements.
We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, email and messaging, and video for live classes), and each receives only what it needs. Live sessions may be recorded by the trainer, and a recording may be added to the course for its enrolled trainees. If your training is sponsored by an organisation, it may receive your attendance and results. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
We keep account, enrollment and certificate data while your account is active, and afterwards as required for financial, regulatory and accreditation records. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed and only the records we are required to keep remain.
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to access your data or receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw a consent you gave (such as for analytics). You can delete your account from your profile settings, or contact us using the details in Section 9. You may also file a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use essential local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language. Only with your consent, we use an analytics service to understand how the site is used; it does not run if you decline. You can change your choice at any time with the button below. We do not use these technologies for advertising.
